The hotel's location is good. The service and staff members are polite and very well behaved and very helpful. Only the food is a bit too expensive. The rooms are good. One drawback we faced is, the bathroom only had shower and no tap.

It's good , but breakfast is poor , they are taking too much time for omlet, and they don't have boiled egg counter

Very pleasant area, hotel stuffs are very polite & helpfull, specially akter hossain. Definitely one of the best hotel in that area.

The property was well located and well maintained, very close by to the station and for shopping. The staff was helpful and knew around. The room and the linen was clean with fresh water bottles.

Only few staffs are polite and customer focused, rest of them doesn't have the politeness neither carries ethics of guests presences or nor extends help promptly. 2) The rooms has peeled of paints, cockroaches and flies and mosquito and house lizards. 3) The restaurant sometimes in breakfast is alacarte and sometimes buffet have to ask frequently to refill the buffet. they charge for drinking water bottle included breakfast and doesn't take signature from guests as well. Hygiene is compromised in restaurant and safety also is a question as staff questions sometimes guests unnecessarily and doesn't operate with RFID system at all.. 4) Always guests have to requests on the standard procedures also, example cleaning related, food related, etc....not even a single person during the stay asked how is our stay going on, is everything fine or stay is comfortable or should their be any help required... overall rating is 2.5 out of 10! missing- Politeness, Hygiene, cleaning, room odour, flies & mosquito, safety & security, food quality especially breakfast, readiness or promptness of staff, Service laps.

Good service needs improvement. Food portions are less. Rooms are good. Hotel staffs are good. Location is convenient.

Good stay, clean rooms. Nice staff behaviour. Food is also good. Decorated with nice flavour of Assam.

late check-in experience. check in time was 12.30 but rooms were not ready even at 1.30 P.M. Had to wait 40 mins.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. Nice ambience, Scenery view and healthy breakfast. Staff was very cooperative and Manager was kind enough to guide us on the locations to explore in vicinity.
